Iowa set to host Penn State in October night game

The Big Ten released their primetime football schedule for the 2012 season and the Iowa Hawkeyes are set to host Penn State on October 20th under the lights. The game will be aired at 7 CT on BTN. Iowa landed another recruit yesterday when it was reported that Rock Island wide receiver Derrick Willies verbally committed to play for the Hawkeyes. Jordan Canzeri had surgery yesterday to repair his torn ACL but Kirk Ferentz has not ruled out the possibility of his return in 2012. Reports began to come out on Wednesday that Jordan Canzeri would need 5-to-6 months to recover from his surgery and that would make his return around September.
